You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store your Google password. Your use of the Service is subject to Google's own terms of service.

You agree not to use hey. to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Share personal contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, emails, addresses)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, advertise, or solicit
• Attempt to circumvent moderation or safety features
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Moderation & Safety

Messages may be reviewed by automated moderation systems to ensure compliance with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Contact information shared in chats may be automatically redacted.

6. Anonymity & Privacy

hey. is designed to be anonymous. Do not share personal identifying information in chats. We are not responsible for information you voluntarily disclose to other users.

7. Service Availability

We provide hey. on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. These limits may change at our discretion. Premium features may be offered in the future under separate terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hey. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interactions with other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
