How We Protect You
🔒 Anonymous by Design
Your name, email, and profile are never shown to other users. Chat partners only see your messages — nothing else.
🤖 Automated Moderation
Messages are screened in real time for harmful content including harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, and personal information sharing. Flagged content is acted on immediately.
🛡️ Contact Info Redaction
Phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, and other personal contact details are automatically detected and redacted before they reach your chat partner.
🚩 One-Tap Reporting
See something wrong? Use the report button in any chat to flag a user. Reports include the chat context for review and are taken seriously.
⏱️ Timed Conversations
Quick Chats have a built-in timer, so conversations have a natural ending. This prevents unwanted extended interactions and keeps things light.

hey. is strictly for adults. Users must confirm they are 18 or older before accessing the platform. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
What You Can Do
- End any chat — You can leave a conversation at any time, no questions asked.
- Report users — Use the report button to flag inappropriate behavior. Every report is reviewed.
- Don't share personal info — Keep your identity private. Don't share your real name, location, phone number, or social media.
- Trust your instincts — If a conversation feels wrong, leave. Your safety comes first.
